Returns and Refunds Policy

Unopened colostrum tubs may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@tryiyra.com with your order details before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions. Customers pay return postage. Opened tubs are not eligible under this return policy.

Order problems

Damaged, defective, missing or incorrect products receive separate support handling. Please describe the issue and retain the packaging while support reviews it. Do not send a return to an unconfirmed address.

Subscriptions

A return does not automatically cancel an ongoing subscription. Manage future renewals separately using the available account controls or contact support.

Historical orders retain their original purchase terms.

Necessary storage supports the cart, security and checkout. Available analytics and advertising are enabled by default. Saved opt-outs and browser privacy signals are respected. You can change these settings here at any time; email and text marketing remain separate.
